Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed or dispatched, we’ll do our best to update it or arrange a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can guide you through the process. Return postage for change-of-mind purchases is the customer’s responsibility.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

We carefully check and package every order, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or solution as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payment by Visa and Mastercard. Any additional payment options available to you will be displayed at checkout.

What are your shipping options?

We currently offer standard shipping throughout Australia. Available shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Where are orders shipped from?

All Abbeco orders are carefully packed and shipped from our fulfilment centre in Western Australia.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking details. You can also select Track Order from the menu on our website.
